Visa Processing

Dear Students / Associates,

Greetings from Liceo De Cagayan University – College of Medicine.

Initial documents requirements for 9F SSP (Special Students Permit) Visa for the Philippines.

To begin your visa process you will have to submit all the original Documents Mentioned below.

1. 10^th Original Mark sheet.
2. 11^th Original Mark sheet (11^th Marks on School Letter Head is also accepted with Principals Seal and Signature).
3. 12^th Original Mark sheet.
4. Migration / 12^th Passing Certificate (for CBSE Student).
5. 12^th STD Original Transfer Certificate or Leaving Certificate.
6. NEET Score Card and NEET Hall Ticket (both).
7. Bank Statement with Minimum Closing 2 lakh – 2.5 lakh Balance – (Mother or Fathers A/C). SIX Months Statement with Official Seal and Signature of the bank authority in every page.
8. Birth Certificate (Should be in English or should be translated with legal Authorities in English).
9. Students Passport Original.
10. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Passport Office.
11. AADHAAR or PAN Card of both Parents (3 Sets Colour Xerox with Self-Attested).
12. AADHAAR or PAN Card of Student (3 Sets Colour Xerox with Self-Attested).
13. Financial Affidavit on Rs. 20 or Rs. 50 Stamp Paper (Kindly Refer the Format).

NOTE: Signature on Financial Affidavit of both parents should be same as in Aadhar Card or PAN Card. Any signature mismatch will be rejected.

14. US Visa Size (2x2inch) Photograph with 80% Face Visibility, White Background and Matt Finish (12 No’s).
15. Singapore Visa Size (45mm X 35mm) Photograph with 80% Face Visibility, White Background and Matt Finish (12 No’s).
16. Normal Passport Size in White Background (12 No’s).
17. COVID-19 Vaccination – First and Second Dose Certificate.

*NOTE: Kindly submit your Original Documents along with 3 Sets of Colour Xerox of all the Documents to your respective Associates/ Consultants or LICEO Administrative office in Pune or Chennai.
