The Licea de Cagayan University is a Non-Sectarian University in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. It has twelve Colleges and Five Departments. It is Among the largest University in Philippines

It was founded in 1955 by Rodolfo Pelaez of Cagayan de Oro City and his Wife Elsa Pelaez of Cebu City. The University has received several awards and accolades for outstanding academic excellence.
